Although the best way to protect our data today is to automatically upload them to the cloud from our smartphones, there are still people who do not rely on such storage services and prefer to store the data on the device and manually copy them to the computer. The problems come when, for one reason or another, these data are lost and we have not yet backed them up on another computer, having to resort to forensic data recovery techniques to try to recover them.
If we are an iPhone with iOS it is possible to recover the lost data using a tool like Aiseesoft FoneLab.
With Aiseesoft FoneLab we will be able to recover 9 types of text files (Contacts, Messages, Call History, Calendar, Notes, Reminders, Safari Bookmarks, WhatsApp and App Documents) and 10 types of media files (Reel, Albums, My photos Streaming, Voice Notes, Message Attachments, VoiceMail, WhatsApp Attachments, Photos, Videos and Music), being thus a complete application with which we will be able to recover almost any file that has been deleted or erased by mistake of our device IOS.
Once downloaded we installed it following the assistant. Once the installation is finished we will have the application ready to recover the files of our PC. We run it and we will see a window similar to the following one, with the basic instructions to begin the recovery of data.
The first thing we will do, as the window indicates, connect the smartphone to the computer with the cable. The following steps will appear.
In summary, once the iPhone is connected to the computer, press and hold the power and home buttons for 10 seconds and then release the power button. The wizard itself will begin to analyze the device (after our confirmation) and we should simply wait for the process to finish.
Once the process is finished, we will see a summary window.
In this window we will appear both the files we already had and those that had been deleted. We must mark all the elements that we want to recover and copy to the computer. We will mark the box under each one of them (as we can see some thumbnails appear in each one of the images) and once marked the boxes of the elements that we want to recover we click on the "Recover" button.

The recovered files will be saved in the FoneLab folder in "My Documents", or in the folder specified in the program settings.
